Tholus Media was founded in 2014 by Scott DiNitto, a 30-year technology veteran whose work spans web platforms, cloud and DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, and security-conscious delivery—including environments where reliability, compliance, and careful change management matter. The practice was built to give clients direct access to that depth of experience, without the layers of a traditional agency.
Across long-term engagements, the practice has led and hands-on delivered DevOps pipelines, Kubernetes and AWS/Azure infrastructure, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Helm-based automation, and PHP and full-stack development for complex, often undocumented systems. We have supported healthcare-adjacent platforms, financial services, telecommunications joint ventures, and high-traffic media properties—with recurring themes: reverse-engineering legacy systems, maturing CI/CD, hardening operations, and helping teams ship with less risk.
